2. Listening Book: You'll find a printable PDF of the Listening Book for each week on the online platform that will serve as your guide to the daily rhythms. For those who don't have access to a printer, we recommend you find an app that allows you to type or write on an existing pdf. There are many applications out there for macs, pcs, and tablets. Recommended apps include:

3. Writing Instrument: We recommend, if you're able, using a fountain pen for the Scripture writing portion which will help slow you down as you meditate on the text. While not a necessity, if you don’t have a fountain pen and would like to try using one, we recommend this waterman pen as a good starter.
